Can a foreign company open a company in Argentina?
Yes. Foreign individuals and companies can be partners of an Argentine SRL. Each foreign partner needs an Argentine tax ID (CUIT or CDI), which we process for you with in-person support.
Can a Chinese company sell on Mercado Libre Argentina?
Yes. With an Argentine company, tax ID and e-invoicing enabled, you can open a business account on Mercado Libre and, if you wish, an official store. We prepare everything turnkey.
Do I need to travel to Argentina?
Not necessarily. Much of the process can be done with powers of attorney before a notary. We tell you case by case which steps need a signature or an in-person appearance.
